1. Since starting back attending school this fall semester I have notice a dramatic change in my awareness of anxiety and stress until where I had to recently step down at my current job to part time to focus more in school. This is definitely different for me because last semester i was still able to manage working and going to school both full time. The reason i feel I had to was because I have two on line classes this semester that requires me to be more focus and attentive.

2. As far as sleeping is concern I find myself struggling to get out the bed most morning and I may hit my alarm clock more than once or twice before I’m able to get out of bed. I struggle getting out of bed because most night I’m either up studying, reading, or working on assignments for school or either coming in from work late.

3. One strategy I use to relieve stress is going to the movies with a friend or my significant other. I really love going to the movies especially a theater with reclining chairs for a good one and a half of relaxation and entertainment all at once. Another strategy I might do, but get never so often is to binge watch a couple of seasons I might have missed.

4. I never actually thought about the relationship and the possibility that the mind can cause illness and stress to the body, but now that it has come up I understand more of why I get headaches when I’m at a high level of stress. This website gave me a little piece of information of why I may get headaches, like for one my mind and body are not align with one another.
